MaineHealth Pharmacy

M.W. Hoss Construction completed the buildout of MaineHealth Pharmacy’s first standalone retail storefront, located on Brighton Avenue in Portland, Maine.

The new pharmacy brings MaineHealth’s hospital-based pharmacy services into a convenient retail setting, with space designed to support prescription services, specialty medications, vaccinations, and patient care. The location also includes ample parking and a drive-through, making pharmacy services more accessible for patients and the surrounding community.

With adjoining tenants remaining operational throughout construction, our team carefully coordinated the work to minimize disruption while maintaining an efficient project schedule. The completed space adds another healthcare facility to our portfolio with MaineHealth and reflects our continued experience building spaces designed around both efficient operations and patient needs.
