Our team partnered with ABM Mechanical to renovate and expand their existing office facility, creating an updated and more functional workplace to support their team and day-to-day operations.

With the facility remaining occupied throughout construction, the project required careful planning and coordination to keep work moving while minimizing disruption to employees. Construction activities, site access, deliveries, and sequencing were thoughtfully managed around ABM’s ongoing operations, allowing their team to continue working safely and efficiently throughout the project.

The renovation and addition provided ABM Mechanical with refreshed and expanded office space designed to better accommodate their growing team and operational needs. Close coordination throughout the project allowed construction to progress efficiently while keeping the existing workplace functional and accessible.
