Bates College Summer 2025 Projects

During the Spring and Summer of 2025, we completed five renovation projects across the Bates College campus, including Hathorn Classroom Hall, Rand Dormitory, Carnegie Science Center, Lindholm Admissions Building, and Lane Hall Administration Building. Most of these facilities remained occupied throughout construction, requiring careful coordination and a high level of sensitivity to campus operations. As expected when working in buildings over 100 years old, several unforeseen conditions were uncovered and resolved without disrupting the overall schedule. All projects were successfully completed in time for students to return for the fall semester, strengthening our ongoing partnership with Bates College.
